Robert H. Buseck Jr. serves as Executive Director of Mississippi Coding Academies, where he has led the development and expansion of MCA's workforce training programs providing hands-on education in programming, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and emerging technology systems. He developed MCA's statewide technology workforce training model, expanded instructor-led coding education across multiple Mississippi campuses, and built the NeXT technology workforce pathways including cybersecurity, AI, robotics, and drone technologies. Robert oversees statewide program operations, curriculum development, and workforce training initiatives — partnering with industry, education institutions, and workforce organizations to expand technology career opportunities across Mississippi.
